my last cake was a cookie monster one. and the one before... Harry Potter. You're never too old to have a awesome cake!
Funny story though. I was getting favours and such for my husband's 30th surprise birthday a few years ago, and ended up with Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle masks, Starwars cuppiecakes, and then I went to get the balloons. I told the girl behind the counter that I wanted b14 (happy 30th bday) and h2 (darth vader). She grabbed the two out and blew up the darth vader one, then went to inflate the other when I realized she chose the wrong one. It said "Happy 13th Birthday", so of course I told her it was the wrong one.
She laughed and said, "Oh my! I thought you had said the wrong number, and just assumed all this stuff was for a 13 year old!!"
We all (and I mean everyone in line!!) had a great laugh!
So really, what I meant to say to you was, "Oh Excellent!! Little Mermaid, and ICECREAM cake!! I'm jealous!"
