I am home.
Miss me? :P
Did I miss any good Orlando/LOTR boy news??? Or new pretty???
Cabin was good all though the last 2 days I was an ice cube. Huge storms came by with 10 foot waves (that was cool). I'm at my dads for the night and I'll be going home tomorrow so I'll post some piccies (if anyone wants to see) and write up some highlights.
Even though it was a nice vacation, but sorta sad. My grandma had a pretty nasty fall while we were there. She's broken her arm and cannot walk anymore (it's just to hard for her), so she's most likely going to be wheelchair bound the rest of her life. She's in the hospital right now and we've had to move her out of her new home because they're only assisted living, she'll need full time care from now on. So she's basically stuck in the hospital until she can find a full time care home for her to live in.
And I only have $3.31 to my name. *hands out can and rattles* Donations are greatly accepted.
I was reading one of my books yesterday and I came across a quote that I must share because it made me squee:
Bergdorf Blondes By Plum Skyes
God he was cute. He had dark curly hair and was wearing a red T-shirt, muddy jeans, and old hiking boots. He was totally giving Orlando Bloom. My Kelly Osbourne huff disappeared immediately, you can imagine....Orlando-whoes actual real name was Dave, but I prefer to think of him as Orlando- put out his hand and helped me up onto the tractor seat beside him.
Hee. He's in chick lit now. *bounce*
I'll get to a lot of comments/emails tomorrow when I'm not on dad's computer. His connection and computer are about as fast as a turtle with arthritis.
Oh, and to those who want to know what font I used for my 'On Vacation' banner, I'll have to let you know later because I totally forget the name, but I did find it on dafont.com and starts with Starsomething.
