Bunny, bunny, bunny, bunny...
Nov. 25th, 2005 08:00 pmToday was a good day, even if it was a bit sad.
Today me and mum went to visit my grandma for the first time since *thinks* February. Considering she's about a 35-45 minute drive away that's a long time. In fact it's the first time I've ever gone so long without seeing her. Lets just say that this years events have made mum and I miss a lot. Surprisingly the visit went very well. We went to the gift shop (she lives in the nursing home part of a hospital) and I bought a couple of Christmas tree ornaments for me and one for Grandma to hang on her little tree. After that we went to see the bunny, Cinnamon, in the rec area. I want a bunny. I think I gave the poor thing a heart attack taking him out of his cage.
After the visit mum and I went to the mall. We had to find a secret Santa gift for one of her co workers. I also found a CD full of Christmas music for $4.99! Score for cheap stuff. Then mum treated me to dinner at the White Spot. So it was a nice day even though it was a bit sad because we felt guilty about Grandma. I did see a really neat bag I wanted, but it was $129.00, so no bag for me.

daizalicious sent me a Best Buy gift card a while ago. Problem is they won't accept the card because it's in US dollars, so I don't know what to do with it now. I guess I'll hang on to it until I go to the States, but I have no clue when that'll be. I haven't been there since I was in New York.
Last night I finally finished Little Women. I cannot describe how much I loved this book, it is definitely in my top 10 now.
