Although I started it this summer when I was suffering from depression myself, and reading about depression when you're depressed yourself just makes you feel worse (even though she overcame it in the end).
I couldn't put it better myself. It's awesome to read about the hope and happiness that you can find, but then when you look at your own life and see that you don't have those type of resources really sucks.
