I'd like to say a big congratulations to all the Canadian athletes who participated in the Olympics this year. Also congratulations to the medal winners! You all did awesome.

Mum has to take Moe to the vet tomorrow. Poor guy is terrified of going to the vet, but his ears are bothering him more than usual and we're pretty sure he has ear mites. He's already had super dirty ears, but then just in the last couple of weeks he's seemed to be really bothered by them. Dad said he'd slip us a bit of money to help with the bill, which takes a lot off our our plate, because we really cannot afford a $200+ vet bill right now.

Yesterday gremmie_goo and I went yarn shopping. We went to a private owned yarn store, Three Bags Full, that was adorable. Unfortunately a lot of their yarns are out of our price range, but we splurged and got a couple of balls of some gorgeous colours to make some good quality stuff later on. I got this beautiful green yarn that I'm going to make a scarf out of. It cost me $21.99, but I want a nice good quality scarf, so I splurged on that. I also got some gorgeous purple multicoloured yarn that I want to make gloves out of. When I picked it up I think it was fate because the name of the yarn was Bonnie. :P Luckily it was only $7, so I got two balls.
