Ryan. Fuck. Me. Gosling.
Yeah, I thought he was hot before, but now *fans self* he's just fucking sex.
Wet Ryan = bliss.
Shirtless Ryan = euphoria.
Wet Shirtless Ryan = orgasm.
Sexing Ryan = *out cold*
And Rachel McAdams is gorgeous, I couldn't keep my eyes off her lips. LOL She did a great job.
I loved the movie. Very different, yet very similar to the book. I think what they added in was great, I loved how they showed their first summer together.
And at the end (I won't spoil it for those who haven't seen it yet) I didn't cry. I didn't cry one tear. I could hear sniffling in the theater when the movie ended, but for some reason I kept thinking, 'What? This was a great ending!', but I can also see why people cried. I guess because I read the book first I knew what was going to happen and wasn't surprised.
I'm glad they didn't follow the last paragraph of the book, because I would have just ran right outta theater right there.
Anyway, The Notebook, great movie and I loved it.

Date: 2004-07-20 08:39 am (UTC)I'm not quite sure what ending I would have gone with. The movie ending was a bit of a stretch, but I could roll with it just because the rest was so convincing. And after reading the book I'm glad they didn't go with that either.
I'm so pissed they cut out the bathtub and the kitchen table scene. That was some quality Ryan hotness right there!
