I took that this afternoon while sitting at my computer. I just thought it was pretty. :)

Read the new Shoebox. OMG it just made me squee so much.

While unpacking some more boxes today I came across some of my old Manga videos that I don't want/need anymore. I've listed them on ebay if anyone wants to check 'em out.

Yesterday I had my first meeting with the Canadian Mental Health people, it went well, I think. I just had to fill out some forms and we just went over what the program entails. It basically will teach me the skills and research jobs of my interest and qualifications all the while trying to deal with my depression and anxiety and to work around that. I even have homework! I go back next week to see how I did. :P

meme time!

Ask me for "top five" lists of pretty much anything, and I will list you my top five of that thing or things.

Copy and give your own top fives, if you're so inclined.

Top 5? That'll be hard since there are so many great moments. LOL

1: "Why is your tea so much less murderous than my tea?" <---it's in my userinfo.

2: Sirius and the whole molocule speech. :D

3: "I do believe in commas. I do. I do."

4: "Sirius, your mistletoe is trying to kill me."

5: "Always business," Sirius says mournfully. "Very well. You can deny your feelings all you like, Professor, but one day your passions will overpower that shell of intellect within which you hide."

That whole part just slays me.

It's The Shoebox Project (http://www.livejournal.com/community/shoebox_project), which is like the Marauder fic. Go read it, it's amazing.

The sad thing is that it's ruined every other Marauder fic for me. LOL Oh well, it's not that bad. ;)

Holy Crap! I think I've seen parts of this linked to one of my yahoo groups! That seems like forever and a day ago! I might have to do more looking at this fandom. I never really read any Marauder fics. The fandom I was heavy into was HG/SS *ducks flying objects*, though I can't tell you the last time I read fics was!

Once you go Shoebox you'll never go back. It's the best fic I've ever read in any fandom.

That view is so beautiful!

As for the meme.... ok, let's go with an easy one ... Top 5 fave actors and your fave movie by each actor. (ok, it's a two parter so if you only want to do one part, that's ok) As for mine:

1. Johnny Depp - Secret Window (Though it took me 5 minutes to decide!)
2. Orlando Bloom - Pirates of the Caribbean (Took me another 5 minutes!)
3. Alan Rickman - Blow Dry
4. Hugh Grant - About A Boy
5. Richard Gere - First Knight

You horrible woman. LOL

1: Orlando Bloom - Lord of the Rings/Pirates of the Caribbean (I can't choose)
2: Johnny Depp - Pirates of the Caribbean
3: Justin Kirk - Angels in America
4: Dominic Monaghan - Lord of the Rings
5: Edward Norton - Fight Club

Yeah, those are the same ones I had trouble choosing for Orlando. As for Johnny, it came down to Pirates, Secret Window and the Astronaut's Wife.

Not easy huh? :( Sorry hon! I like your picks though! :D Edward Norton ... I like his work, but I haven't really watched more than Primal Fear. I'm bad! :(

The picture so very pretty! Is it as hot there as it has been here? Because damn! Us Ontarian's are melting.

I use to volunteer with the local Canadian Health when I was a teen living at home. Great organization.

No. Our summer has been freezing (which I love, I don't like the heat). I think the highest we've had to date is about 24°C.

Yeah they are. I'm so glad I finally got in with them.

Gotta love it! I also like the fact that he's very snarky and not the romantic guy he is in most of his movies. However, I tend to like movies where the main character goes through a lot of changes by the end.

Dark Chocolate! Yum! It doesn't help that I live 20 minutes from Hershey, Pennsylvania. One of the top chocolate makers in this part of the US. Drive by that place and all you smell are brownies!

Dammit, now I want chocolate! LMAO

It has it's pros and cons. On a cold winter day, we can smell it here, 3 towns over. The other thing is, they try their new products on us. I work for a grocery store ... so I see a lot of newer things. The pain is when they hook us on something good and it doesn't pan out! :(

I really hope you submit your pictures to some place, because you seem to have a very good sense of balancing out a picture and creating some kind of feeling to go with it. Or at least, there is always something in your picture that is undefinable - in a good way.

Ok, top 5? I'm only on page 418, so I'll do those up to that part. I've hidden the spoilers so you have to highlight to read. :)

1: Harry getting his nose broken by Malfoy
2: Ron/Hermione *G*
3: Harry being made Quiddich Captain and holding the tryouts
4: Snape becoming DATDA teacher.
5: finding out about Voldemorts past.

Of course there's many more, but those spring to mind. :D

3: I was like 'Whoa!' when I read that.
4: *scoffs at Snivellus*
5: Umm, very important if not the most important bit of the book

Thanks for sharing. I finished it last night. You're in for a few more surprises.

1: Slipping on a banana peel in kindergarten. Yep, I really did that.
2: Arguing with mum at the aquarium about a fish that was a rock. I thought it was a rock, mum said it was a fish because it had eyes. Mum was right.
3: Thinking that deer was a cougar.
4: putting dishwashing liquid in the dishwasher and watching it foam up all over the kitchen floor.
5: not grasping the concept that ikea sells the quilts and covers seperately. We argued for days about it.
