Still not back

bunnyloveEowyn's still not back. She's been gone since Thursday. Mum went looking for her last night and ended up finding three cats. Not her, but three others.
Does anyone know if it's expensive to get them micro-chipped? Or install a GPS system in them?
Some of you may remember me posting about Friendly Strange Kitty aka Bibs. Anyway we met Bibs' mommy, they just moved in next door a few weeks ago. And Bibs name is Sebastian. LOL Mum put a can of tuna out the other day to make her lunch and had to go into the other room for a minute, when she came back Sebastian was on the counter nose deep in the can just eating away.
