Nov. 10th, 2007 07:38 pmYesterday morning I wake up and think 'I dun wanna go to work', but that's every morning I have to go to work so it's nothing unusual, so I just go about my normal routine. About 10 minutes after I ate my breakfast and checked email/FL ect I am sick (and thankfully I was in the kitchen near the sink). It was so weird, I was perfectly fine and then bam! not so fine. Unfortunately I had half an hour to get to work and I couldn't just not go into work, so I called my boss and said I'll come in to open since it's such short notice but that I wouldn't be able to do my full eight hours. Long story short I wasn't able to go home until 3:15, six hours later. Luckily I wasn't sick at work, but I was still feeling super strange all day.
I really like my boss, but she has a habit of hiring students that are still in high school (nothing wrong with that), but when the majority of the staff can't come in because they're in school all day makes it hard to find someone who can come in when someone is sick.
Anyway, I stuck it out and I took today off and slept in until 2:30. :P I do feel a lot better though and made dinner.

shutterbug7 for the link. We still have some time before Supernatural and Heroes left (assuming the strike isn't resolved by then), after that I'm gonna freak. I really hope they can come to a conclusion and make the writers happy, because I saw on ONTD that networks are starting to fire workers on TV shows, which sucks because they don't make anywhere near what the actors/producers/ect. make. I guess it's the nature of the beast, but yeah, still sucks.

Sebastian hasn't been seen for a few days and it makes me worry, but not as much as with Eowyn, because he usually does this kind of thing. I hope he's alright, even though he's not my cat he still feels like part of the family (mainly because he'll never leave).
We've found out a few new things about Moe, he's afraid of ketchup and Pepsi. Yep. He freaks out if he sees/smells it.
I am in love with my iGoogle theme. I'm using the Zen Garden one and the little fox is so cute and gah! Right now he's playing his little guitar to some ducks. ^___^
