Sounds like the same story the apartment management gave us about our fridge. They shipped the wrong part, only to get the wrong part again. Three times it was the wrong part and then they finally got the right one. Total bullshit.

Forgot to mention, this also reminds me of the time I had to get my desktop fix. Only to find out over a month or so later that the motherboard was gone on it - which we had a feeling that was the problem. We sent emails and made calls and would get nothing back from them.
