I had a very nice afternoon with my dad. I went to the mall the return a couple of Christmas pressies (the duplicates I got). I returned one of the books dad got me and got Wicked and Inkspell. Then we went out to Horseshoe Bay and had lunch, so it was nice.

I'm getting the itch to make a new layout, but of what? I'm thinking Dark Angel or maybe Lost.

The sun finally came out today. After 26 days of rain I'd forgotten what the hell it felt like. Ah, Vancouver how I love thee.

have you read Inkheart? what'd you think? *terribly curious* if you have and liked it and wanted something slightly more adult and slightly more dark I'd highly recommend Garth Nix's Sabriel/Lirael/Abhorsen trilogy. It's fab. ifyou haven't read it already. which is of course a possibilty.

I read Inkheart and liked it (didn't love it, but liked it), and just got Inkspell to read. I did, however, love Wicked.

If I can put 2 cents in, can I agree that a Sawyer layout would be uh, nice? Maybe a Sawyer/Kate (I think she's cool).

Ooh, lemme know how those Ink books are please. I've seen them in the bookstore and they looked interesting.

Wicked starts off very promising but I found it got rather depressing. Apparently the Broadway musical is very different from the book.
